Hero’s Welcome is available for bookings large & small!
We’re a large, versatile space that is ideal for hosting birthdays, staff functions, holiday parties, receptions, retirements and more, with plenty of customizable options that can be tailored to meet your needs. Hero’s is also available to book for ticketed events, including concerts, fundraisers and workshops!
GENERAL RESERVATIONS
We take reservations until 9PM Sun-Thurs. and 8PM Fri/Sat.
We don’t take same-day reservations after 2PM or reservations over the phone however we’re typically able to accommodate walk-ins!
We don’t charge a deposit in advance however deposit information is collected for large parties to help alleviate last minute cancellations or no-shows.
If a date or time you’re looking to book is unavailable, please check our Events Calendar. For certain events we may not take any reservations or have limited booking availability.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS
Hero’s is the perfect spot to host your next celebration or event! We have customizable booking options available for groups of 20 to 200.
Weekends have two time slots available to book with variable minimum spend requirements: 4-9PM and 9:30PM-1AM.
If a date you're looking for isn't showing availability for the Taurus Room, ensure that you have at least 5 guests or more selected otherwise that date/time slot is unavailable to book.
THE TAURUS ROOM
Whether you’re looking for a place where you can sing your heart out alongside your closest friends or a quiet space to host a meeting, the Taurus Room is truly Hero’s Welcome’s hidden gem. Located adjacent to the Games Room, our private room can host intimate gatherings of any kind for up to 20 guests and can be set up for presentations or karaoke.
